Expand Your Farm's Market Opportunities for Wholesale Production

FLO members can choose to grow primarily for FLO markets, concentrating on farming and leaving sales to the FLO manager, or they can grow particular crops for FLO sales and continue with their own direct sales to their own non-FLO customers. Contact the FLO office for more information.

New Farm Members are Welcome

The members of Finger Lakes Organic Growers Cooperative, managing more than 1000 acres of farmland, wetland and woodland, with 200-plus acres in vegetable, herb, fruit and nut production.

All certified organic food is produced according to nationally recognized USDA standards to ensure long-term soil fertility, biodiversity and good food. FLO farms are certified by NOFA-NY Certified Organic, LLC.

"I like selling my produce through the Finger Lakes Organic Co-Op because it allows me to spend more time in the fields working with the plants and less time on the telephone locating and negotiating with customers. I feel this is a more effective arrangement for my operation. I also receive a lot of technical support and advise from my peer farmers through this organization. An added benefit is the ability to buy supplies at bulk pricing as a group"
